Was kept in the loop with the postal delay on the fabric, was kept up to date with when the item would be made. Was sent a picture once made up, got confirmation that the item was sent. Received the item and the item was far more gorgeous than the photo. The service is always amazing, the items are just the best! Loved this fabric so much, I've ordered another one 😊.

I ordered a monster truck pattern t-shirt for my 3 year old nephew for Christmas, the original item didn't arrive before I went away and Katie was so helpful and immediately packaged and re-sent a new t shirt to the address I was going to, which arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.
